·  Domestic orders are expected to deliver within 4–7 business days, whereas international orders might take 15–20 days. Except for public and national holidays, Monday through Saturday are considered business days. 

·  Once the order is confirmed, we will deliver your product through our trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Shiprocket, India Post, Blue Dart, Fed Ex, etc.

·  Once the product is shipped, we will share the tracking ID and details of the courier partner over email or through a Whatsapp message.

Please note that domestic orders above INR 1000 are eligible for free shipping, whereas for international orders, the shipping amount will be calculated separately once the order is placed.

The products offered by the Giri Foundation are handmade by artisans. So, slight variations in colour or design can happen, and these are not included under this policy.

If you still wish to make changes to your order, the foundation will first provide you with the option of replacing the product upon meeting the following conditions:

1.  Incorrect product has been delivered

2.  Quality or Manufacturing defect in the product

If your order meets the above mentioned conditions, then:

1.  Please share your order details with a picture of the incorrect order and/or product with a quality or manufacturing defect within 48 hours of the receipt of the product. Replacement issues are to be raised at [email protected].

2.  The Giri Foundation will evaluate your concern and take appropriate action within 2-3 working days.

If the customer requests a refund, the money will be returned to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer only, with a nominal fee for the bank transaction and the cost incurred by Giri Foundation to pick up the product from you.

1.  The product shall be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging.

2.  It should be returned with price tags. 

3.  Only regularly priced items shall be refunded; unfortunately, sale items shall neither be refunded nor returned.

4.  In the event that a request for cancellation is received and the order has not been packaged or shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that we have already processed and shipped.
